High Quality Collection in North Fresno

We’re back in North Fresno this week with a high-quality collection from an exceedingly neat, tidy, and well-prepared home! This generous down-sizing sale has a whole host of desirables – from holiday entertaining to top-brand tools, new and used men’s and women’s clothing, furniture, children’s toys, books, and educational items, and more, more, MORE!

This might be the most organized, well-stocked and prepared garage we have ever seen! Big Bob’s Wonderful Woodshop and home maintenance emporium is going to be POPPIN’ – bring yourself a bag or a small utility trailer, you’re going to need it. Organized and well-cared for, there’s a tool for every task and plenty of hardware, accessories, and project necessities in every nook and cranny. Plenty of tools and implements from DeWalt, Craftsman, Milwaukee, Porter Cable, Paslode, Stihl, Rigid, Irwin, Diablo, Tapcon, and heaps more. Wide variety of woodworking specialties. Take a look at the pictures – many items are new in the package or used once and put right back into it. Truly a great shop to be had out there.

Yard equipment of both the power and manual varieties. Everything needed to keep a gorgeous lawn and tidy landscape. There are a handful of potted plants, beautiful statuary, and the coolest UFO-looking firepit ready to land in your backyard and make contact with some chill, relaxed earthlings.

Inside there is a wonderful Weber upright piano and a Stroud player piano with dozens and dozens of music rolls! Impress your friends with your newfound skill – (We won’t tell them it’s actually playing itself!) Holiday décor, and two full sets of Christmas dishes and a charming vintage set for Thanksgiving. Lots of glassware, serving bowls, and top-quality kitchen tools. There is a room full of kids’ education and play items – books, maple building blocks, tactile learning items, arts and crafts stuff & more.

There are several pieces of furniture, solid wood tables, chairs, and a funky dresser and nightstand that I love the shape of – swoopy and unique! There’s a group of office furniture (pictures to be added later), small secretary desk and matching chair, the most genius shredder set-up ever, and other basic office supplies.

There’s a very nice collection of men’s a women’s clothing from desirable, well-made brands like Ralph Lauren, Levis, Lands End, Eddie Bauer, Chicos, Talbots, Filson, Columbia – including an excellent condition vintage men’s Whirlybird 3-piece ski jacket, Men’s wool suits, many more. Men’s sizes primarily M-L, Women’s sizes primarily XL-2XL+. There are also a number of beautiful leather handbags! Vintage Coach, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Tori Burch & others, all in fabulous condition.

We’re quite fond of our Client this week, so after a few wildly unexpected twists we hope to make this particular sale an extra-special success as they begin their next thrilling chapter! SOME NOTES ABOUT THE PROPERTY

HOTEL CALIFORNIA LINE RULES: As usual – once you take your place in line you must remain in your car/be present while waiting for the sale to open. Leaving the area (for food, bathroom, etc.) means losing your spot in line, so stick around. You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave. (And trust me, people notice and they do make us aware.)

PARKING: There is ample parking, HOWEVER – the street is quite narrow in front of the home. Park snugly against the curb, please.

RESIDENTS: Our Clients still reside at the property – please be extra respectful of this. Rooms and areas marked off with Privacy signs, caution tape, etc. should be observed at all times. This leads to my next mention…
