WHERE TO EVEN BEGIN! Join us this WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, AND FRIDAY for the sale of the year! A sale so huge it will span two weeks, with all new stuff to be discovered next week!!

Here’s how this extravaganza is going to go:

Week one – Everything you see out, accessible, and displayed is available for sale THIS WEEK. Anything behind closed areas, inside unopened boxes along the perimeter of the garage, sheds, or otherwise marked areas will be for sale NEXT WEEK!

**THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS MADE IN THE INTEREST OF FAIRNESS AND OUR SANITY**

You are welcome to look with your eyes, read the meticulous and accurate descriptions on the boxes, and dream and speculate the contents, but *WE WILL NOT BE OPENING/EXPLORING/OR SELLING THESE ITEMS UNTIL NEXT WEEK – PLEASE DON’T MAKE IT AWKWARD.*

Absolutely incredible MCM collection of furniture, decor, kitchen items, and clothing. Drexel, Esperanto by Drexel, handsome Mid-Century sofas that are actually comfortable and still perfectly in fashion. Conant Ball Nightstands and matching Twin Headboards (pushed together to make a queen headboard in the kid’s room.) Davis Cabinet Company, Henredon Fine Furniture and many more.

The RADDEST collection of 80s and 90s clothing I’ve ever seen all together in remarkable condition and quality. From handmade jumpers, matching tops and bloomers, dresses, jackets and more, to top makers. If you grew up during the Jordache, Brittania, Anchor Blue, LA Gear, Bongo, ENUF, zippered ankle jeans/burgundy and forest green/flannel and Doc Martens era you’re going to have a blast! If Levi’s corduroy, velour shirts, polos, OP and Dukes of Hazard socks are more your jam, you’re going to have a blast, too! Come swoon over the Strawberry Shortcake, Care Bears, and crop tops while you put your bestie’s hair up in a side pony with a scrunchie!

Extensive collection of Hallmark items, including ornaments (this is only HALF of them!), plush items, gifts, figurines, etc. Hundreds of NWT Ty Beanie Babies, Vintage Disney, Cabbage Patch, Pound Puppies, Little People, many fantastic vintage toys, games, puzzles, and plush items.

We haven’t even touched on the sewing rooms! MATERIAL FOR DAYS! Clean, well-stored, and vetted by experienced seamstresses! Sewing notions, accessories, and many craft items. Embroidery, plastic canvas, foam art, crochet, knitting, and and and!! Machines by Viking by Husqvarna, Jenome Memory Craft 10,000, Janome Surgers, and more. Sewing cabinets, tables, professional ironing tables, and furniture by Koala Cabinets Australian Sewing Stations and more.

**IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT MATERIAL AND SEWING NOTIONS**

– Material will be sold by the pound for $6/lb. There will be NO discount on Material or Sewing notions until the LAST day of the sale – NEXT WEEK. This applies regardless of the quantity or type of material – it will be $6/lb consistently – again, in the interest of fairness and our sanity. Compared to the current retail price for material, the newfound scarcity in our area, and the fine care and storage our client has gone to keep her collection this pristine it is worth the very fair price of $6.00 per pound – weighed at checkout.

– There will be TWO checkout lines. One line for material and sewing related items and another line for everything else.

– We have a limited number of reusable bags for you to shop with, however we highly recommend you bring additional bags/boxes and HELP to carry them if you need it. We will not have staff available to carry out items, nor is there a lot of room to make a pile anywhere inside the house. Please, set yourself up for success by planning for these logistics.

**IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT OTHER STUFF**

– No totes, storage boxes, or cardboard boxes will be available for use to pack out your items. We will NOT be selling any boxes, storage totes, etc. ALLLLL of the boxes you see will be retained – PLEASE bring boxes/bags/etc. – set yourself up for success.

– Once again, we will NOT have staff to handle carry outs for loading or staging at the hold tables. We’re not trying to be mean to you, we’ve tried several different supplements and growth hormones but sadly the cloning of limbs and bodies has failed. Until we figure that out, plan for these logistics so you get what you’re after.

– Once again, we will NOT be opening/exploring/selling/sneak peeking ANY of the unopened boxes or sheds until NEXT WEEK. Honestly, the Eclectic Team hasn’t even had time to crack them open – there’s truly THAT MUCH STUFF to explore already.

– There will be two lines, one for the inside of the house, and another for the garage/backyard patio area.

SOME NOTES ABOUT THE PROPERTY

REAL ESTATE: This clean and wonderfully maintained home in the highly desirable 93711 zip code will soon be available! Come take a long, slow walk-through during the sale and join us again next week to see the parts closed off this week. Talk to Cynthia for more information – if she’s not running around with her hair on fire, of course. 😉

HOTEL CALIFORNIA LINE RULES: As usual – once you take your place in line you must remain in your car/be present while waiting for the sale to open. Leaving the area (for food, bathroom, etc.) means losing your spot in line, so stick around. You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave. (And trust me, people notice and they do make us aware.)

PARKING: Finally! Ample parking. DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS! It’s inconsiderate to our neighbors and everyone will judge you 😉

MUSCLE: Friendly reminder, the buyer is generally responsible for moving, loading, and securing their own purchases. We are happy to work with you while you make arrangements for muscle and means to get your items home. Please talk with us about these details before purchase, we like a nice clear expectation and happy customers!
