We’re excited to see you all this THURSDAY & FRIDAY as we wish our new Friends ‘Cheerio’ and ‘Bon Voyage’ ahead of a thrilling move (back) across the pond! There is a wonderful collection of top-quality furniture for both in and outdoors, home décor, a few fun collections, and plenty to get curious about.

Clean and tidy plush microfiber living room set, complimentary end tables and lamps. Gorgeous solid wood counter-height dining table with extra leaf and underside storage. Pictures don’t do this one justice! Excellent collection of patio furniture! 4 top propane fireside table where you and your mates can sit and plot your next escapades. Absolutely everyone looks cooler lit up by a roaring flame – think about it. Propane Grill and very clean Blackstone flat top available as well!

Fantastic collection of baseball and football cards from the 90s era. The largest and most charming collection of Sylvanian Families toys I’ve ever seen all together! Vintage Lego and other toys. Vintage to modern collection of the beloved British comics ‘The Dandy’ and ‘Beano!’ and several books of Andy Capp and Giles. LOTS of parts for an MGB, ranging in years (estimated to be) 1968-1979. Gas tank, carpet, trim pieces, interior, NOS parts and more. Tune up your MGB, throw that SCUBA gear in the back and head west to cooler temps. Once you’re past the brown hills of California, get your new Phantom 3 drone up in the air and scope the perfect diving spot. Plenty of tools, a rolling chest to store them in, and lots more to explore in the garage. It’ll be a bit cooler this week and we’ve got fans running in there so it shouldn’t be too shabby.

Our clients are still residing at the house while it goes through its escrow process – here are a couple caveats you should know about –

– Future pickup dates – Queen bedroom set from Broyhill – lowboy dresser, matching nightstands, and queen bedframe with newer mattress. Matching Whirlpool Washer/Dryer (*Please note the Washer/Dryer and bedroom set will have a future pick-up date of the weekend of September 5/6. Buyer is responsible for bringing all labor and supplies needed for loading/securing/transport! There will be no one there to assist with this – set yourself up for success by cashing in one of the multiple favors your buffest friend owes you.)

– None of the pots/plants/yard décor are for sale unless expressly signed/priced. Nothing from the landscaping or lighting will be sold.

SOME NOTES ABOUT THE PROPERTY

HOTEL CALIFORNIA LINE RULES: As usual – once you take your place in line you must remain in your car/be present while waiting for the sale to open. Leaving the area (for food, bathroom, etc.) means losing your spot in line, so stick around. You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave. (And trust me, people notice and they do make us aware.)

ESCROW & RESIDENTS: This home has been sold and is in Escrow – nothing will be removed from the property, as listed above. Our Clients are still residing in their home through this process – please be respectful of their space, home, and any areas marked Private. Our staff will be around to assist with any questions you may have.

PARKING: Ample parking. Please do NOT park in the driveway unless loading. DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS! It’s inconsiderate to our neighbors and everyone will judge you 😉

MUSCLE: Friendly reminder, the buyer is generally responsible for moving, loading, and securing their own purchases. We are happy to work with you while you make arrangements for muscle and means to get your items home. Please talk with us about these details before purchase, we like a nice clear expectation and happy customers!
