7. Notice: Buyers, you are responsible for the dismantling, removal, loading, and transporting of all your purchased items. You must come prepared with adequate help and supplies, not limited to Persons willing and able to load heavy items into your vehicle, tools for the dismantling of said purchase, moving blankets, paper packing materials, tie downs, ropes, tape, and boxes.
8. Supplies will not be made available to the buyer by Big Valley Estate Sales.
9. All items must be picked up on the day of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS.
10. No refunds or credits will be given for items left after the closing hours of each day.
11. All items, including electronics, are Sold As IS. There will be no refunds/credit given.

Estate of Linda Marx, a collector of rare and usual Victorian Antiques, Art, and Dolls. Her other passion was making doll parts in her ceramic studio.
There are hundreds and hundreds of antiques and collector items. We have not had a sale like this for awhile even in the Old Fig Garden or Van Ness Extention area!
This sales location is in the Old Sunnyside area on S. Clovis Ave. Fresno.
ATTENTION !
Due to the overflow of items and small space we will only let a small group of people in at a time.
Parking is also problematic. No parking in condo complex. Please park in the parking lot on the south east corner of Clovis Ave. and Kings Canyon and walk a short distance. Also, please bring your own bags, wrappings for small items. Bring muscle for furniture. Thank You.
