- All purchases to be removed by the buyer, (providing their own labor to disassemble, carry, pack, and load) on the day of the sale or by the pre-arranged, agreed upon pickup time. Our staff is here to provide guidance, answer questions, and offer order in what is sometimes a sea of chaos. Please consider any physical labor they provide to be outside of the scope of their job and should be appropriately compensated by the buyer. Some heavier items may be strictly limited to ‘you move’ and will generally be marked as such.
-A note on paid items not picked up or left behind: we hope to be an accommodating and helpful partner to our clients and customers alike, so we’re happy to make arrangements for pickup of larger items or hold on to things you may have forgotten. However, we are unable to hold on things for much longer than the advertised duration of the sale. If you left something behind, forgot about an item, or are having trouble making arrangements for pickup please communicate with us as soon as possible. There is nearly new living room furniture, many oak and other solid wood furniture pieces, and patio furniture ready to be enjoyed. The kitchen is FULL of fantastic cookware, baking sets, and both vintage and new small appliances and accessories. KitchenAid Stand Mixer with several additional attachments, food dehydrator, FoodSaver, and much more! Lots of MCM touches around in the dishes, serveware, decor, linens, etc.
There are a number of religious texts, records, tapes, and movies, as well as religious themed decor items. Speaking of living a clean and tidy life, there’s a whole host of home maintenance items, chemicals, tools and cleaning implements. Nearly new Bissel vacuum and carpet cleaner, as well as other power cleaning items. Washer (clean with an agitator!) and Gas Dryer as well as a white LG French door refrigerator are available as well. Well cared for Weber Genesis Silver Grill.
Stunning collection of handmade quilts and fun Afghans! Garage full of practical tools, more cleaning supplies, and all well-organized for a stress-free shop! HUGE props to our boy Brian for hooking the garage up week after week. You’re the man, Brian!

HOTEL CALIFORNIA LINE RULES: As usual – once you take your place in line you must remain in your car/be present while waiting for the sale to open. Leaving the area (for food, bathroom, etc.) means losing your spot in line, so stick around. You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave. (And trust me, people notice and they do make us aware.)
PARKING: Finally! Ample parking. DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS! It’s inconsiderate to our neighbors and everyone will judge you 😉
MUSCLE: Friendly reminder, the buyer is generally responsible for moving, loading, and securing their own purchases. We are happy to work with you while you make arrangements for muscle and means to get your items home. Please talk with us about these details before purchase, we like a nice clear expectation and happy customers!
