Mid-Century to Modern Estate Sale

Cash, Venmo or Zelle only. A list will be handed out at 8 am on the morning of the sale. No other lists or sign up sheets will be accepted. Enter at own risk, we are not responsible for injuries or accidents of any kind. All sales are final and items are sold as is, no refunds or exchanges are allowed On the final day, most items will be marked down to half price, however some items will not be reduced. No strollers are allowed in the house. Kids must stay with an adult at all times, please do not allow them to touch items or run around. No bags or large purses allowed in the house while shopping. Be respectful of others, no arguing or fighting. Respect the house, it was recently painted and re-floored. No removal of any prices, stickers or tags, we will do that at the checkout. No animals allowed. The buyer is responsible for moving, loading and delivery of all purchased items on the day of the sale, unless otherwise agreed upon with a supervisor. Some large items may not be available to take until the last day of the sale.

Failure to follow any of these rules, will result in the person not being allowed to stay and shop or buy items. These rules are in place to make the best and fairest experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.
