Our opinion of condition is only that?an opinion. It is the buyer's responsibility to examine the photos carefully and assess the items and photos closely, bidding according to the buyer's opinion of condition. We will not be held responsible for any condition issues, and all items are sold "as is." Sometimes we consult with an outside third party for a more thorough condition assessment. If we do, that information is included in the listing.

Payments Under $5,000: GOLDEN SUN AUCTIONS Inc. will ONLY accept credit card payments under $5,000 through the LIVEAUCTIONEERS PAYMENT SYSTEM. No PayPal or credit card payments will be accepted via phone, fax, mail, or email. All ACH or bank wire transfer payments will be processed through "GOLDEN SUN AUCTIONS" and not LIVEAUCTIONEERS.

Payments Over $5,000: Any invoice amounts over $5,000 MUST be made by bank wire transfer ONLY. GOLDEN SUN AUCTIONS Inc. will provide the winning bidder with all necessary bank wire information, including a SWIFT number if needed.

Acknowledgement of Terms: By submitting a bid, whether in person, via phone, absentee, internet, or through an agent, the bidder acknowledges that they have thoroughly read our Terms and Conditions Agreement set forth by GOLDEN SUN AUCTIONS Inc. and will rightfully execute their portion of the agreement by upholding this contract.

Adherence to Terms: Winning bidders agree to adhere to all the Terms and Conditions for this sale, whether or not the buyer has physically signed an agreement or physically inspected the winning lot or lots.

Condition of Items: All items are sold "AS IS," "WHERE IS," and "HOW IS," and all sales are final as of the fall of the hammer, with no exceptions. It is the responsibility of the prospective buyer to inspect the lot/s or ask questions BEFORE purchase. Any condition or grading statements are only an opinion and are given as a subjective, not definitive, judgment and as a professional courtesy, not a guarantee of condition or authenticity. Buyers themselves are to determine all matters of condition, age, genuineness, authenticity, maker, value, or any other determinant factors, regardless of whether the buyer bids via the internet or in person and regardless of whether the bidder has performed an in-person inspection or not. Any information given by the auction house is a courtesy only and only an opinion. Photographs attached to lots may not expose all areas of the object and may not show all irregularities, flaws, or hardware. If you have questions, you are highly encouraged to ask questions BEFORE the auction starts.

No Refunds: There are no refunds. Your bid is an agreement set forth in these Terms & Conditions. Buyer releases GOLDEN SUN AUCTIONS Inc. of all responsibility. The buyer assumes all risks of valuations and authenticity concerning any and all purchases. GOLDEN SUN AUCTIONS Inc. does not and will not imply any warranty or authentication of any type. No chargebacks of any kind will be allowed. GOLDEN SUN AUCTIONS Inc. will not be responsible for errors and omissions of any kind, and there are no refunds or returns. Any and all verbal announcements supersede the written catalog at auction date/time. In addition, if changes are to be made, they will be announced by GOLDEN SUN AUCTIONS Inc. All bidders are bound by any changes that either the auctioneer or auction house makes, regardless of whether the buyer or bidder is live or online. If you, as the winning bidder, do not perform as requested, you acknowledge that we have the right to inform LiveAuctioneers that you are an "Unpaid Bidder," and a warning will be posted to your account for others to see. Buyer forfeits any ownership rights for the item(s) won, and all monies paid if not picked up or shipped out within 30 days of auction end. Online credit card processing fees through LiveAuctioneers will be included.

Shipping and Pickup: It is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange for shipping or pick up within 30 days once the item has been paid for. Please see our shipping terms. The buyer has 30 days to remove or contact a shipper to have them shipped in a timely manner. Failure to do so within 45 days will result in the items being forfeited, and money paid will not be refunded. GOLDEN SUN AUCTIONS Inc. will ship some items we feel are safe to ship, under $500, from in-house to USA addresses only to your registered LiveAuctioneers shipping address. All in-house shipping decisions will be made at the company's sole discretion, even if the items are under $500. All other lots will need to be shipped via our local provided shipper or the winning bidder's shipper at their own expense. Please make sure your shipper carries insurance and requires a signature confirmation. GOLDEN SUN AUCTIONS Inc. will not be held responsible for damage or loss by any third-party shipper. All international customs, tariffs, taxes, etc., are the responsibility of the buyer and their shipper. Please check your country's rules before bidding. GOLDEN SUN AUCTIONS Inc. will not ship internationally. As a courtesy, GOLDEN SUN AUCTIONS Inc. provides bidders with the contact information for local shipping companies, but this is a courtesy only. Shipping addresses for all lots will be shipped to the shipping address listed on your payment invoice that we receive on LiveAuctioneers. No exceptions. This can be different from your bidder profile address. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is current in your LiveAuctioneers account. Regardless of whether it is handled by an outside shipper or in-house, only the registered shipping address is where an item will be shipped. GOLDEN SUN AUCTIONS Inc. does not ship internationally from in-house. Buyer forfeits any ownership rights for the item(s) won, and all monies paid, if not picked up or shipped out within 30 days of auction end.

Shipping Insurance: GOLDEN SUN AUCTIONS Inc. will not be held responsible for any insurance or liability issues around any outside shipping company. They offer insurance, and you are encouraged to buy it for your protection.

Reserves: Unless otherwise indicated, lots may be offered with a reserve. GOLDEN SUN AUCTIONS Inc. has the right to protect the reserve on behalf of the consignor. In the case of a reserve, GOLDEN SUN AUCTIONS Inc. may bid on the seller's behalf only up to the reserve amount. Payments are due at the fall of the hammer unless otherwise specified. Items will only be shipped out after complete payment has been made and the appropriate funds have cleared GOLDEN SUN AUCTIONS Inc.'s financial institution. PAYMENT means hammer price plus buyer's premium plus applicable taxes and any applicable shipping charges.

Shipping Schedule: Items that are being shipped in-house by GOLDEN SUN AUCTIONS Inc. will usually be shipped on the following Saturdays after the auction, once payment has been received and/or cleared. Items will be shipped out in the following weeks.

IMPORTANT:
Although we take care of items in shipping, please note that due to fragile/breakable items, we may rely on our outside shippers to get your items to you safely, especially if it is multiple glass items or mixed items per invoice. Please see our shipping terms for further details.

Verification of Funds: GOLDEN SUN AUCTIONS Inc. reserves the right to have all funds verified before bidding on any item(s). A buyer's premium of 23% will be added to the final hammer price, and proper sales tax will be added to that total. Sales tax will be collected on all items sold in the State of California unless a valid and verified California resale number and appropriate paperwork are on file with GOLDEN SUN AUCTIONS Inc. If you are registering on LiveAuctioneers and are a reseller in any state, you must upload valid resale forms to LiveAuctioneers prior to the auction.

Resale Certificates: Please submit all information to LIVEAUCTIONEERS. They now handle resale permits. GOLDEN SUN AUCTIONS Inc. does not process resale certificates. All resale certificates must be in place 5 days before the start time of the auction.

Credit Card Payments: Your card on file will be automatically charged within 72 hours after invoices have been sent out through LiveAuctioneers. Online card processing fees through LiveAuctioneers will be passed on to the bidder. If you do not have a card on file, your payment is still due within 72 hours of receiving your invoice. If your invoice is over $5,000, you will need to pay via bank wire transfer within 72 hours of receiving your invoice. We only accept credit card payments made through the LIVEAUCTIONEER PAYMENT SYSTEM. Checks may have up to a 14-business-day hold before items are released. No phone or PayPal payments will be accepted. If you are paying by check or money order within the 72 hours, please let us know immediately so we can expect your payment.

Payments Over $5,000: Any payments over $5,000 must be made by bank wire transfer only, even if you have a valid card on file.

Online Credit Card Payments: Online credit card payments are to be made only through the LIVEAUCTIONEER secure payment system. No exceptions. We do not accept PayPal or credit cards over the phone.

LiveAuctioneers may display a shipping quote on your invoice through the LiveAuctioneers Shipping program. You are NOT required to use LiveAuctioneers Shipping.

If the “Shipped by LiveAuctioneers?? quote on your invoice is higher than you would like to pay, you may select “Buyer-Arranged Shipping?? instead.

Selecting “Buyer-Arranged Shipping?? removes your order from the LiveAuctioneers shipping program and allows you to arrange shipping directly with any third-party shipper of your choice.

Premier Pack N Ship, operated by Vincent Chau, is Golden Sun Auctions' designated local shipping provider. However, buyers are under no obligation to use Premier Pack N Ship or any shipper listed below.
