1) Online Purchase is possible - go to www.usefulassets.com to see listed items. You may request an item seen in photos to be listed online and, if time allows, we will get it added. Also, some estate items may be listed at our eBay store.
2.) Ticket not require for entry, but we use EVENTBRITE.COM to create our online "sign in sheet" for first come first serve entry. Tickets will become available approx. 5pm (1) night before sale. If you are on our email list you will receive notification when the EVENTBRITE.com goes "LIVE" and free tickets are ready to "purchase". If EVENTBRITE.com does not work for you - simply send an email to jennifer@yellowdogestatesales.com after tickets are available for sale.
3.) Items are sold in “as is” condition - please examine items carefully - no refunds or exchanges.
4.) Cash payment, credit card, or debt card accepted, no checks.
5.) California Law says we must collect 8% sale tax unless you show proof of resale license
