We are taking the health crisis of COVID19 very seriously. As much as we would like to stay home with our families, we must proceed to have a sale during this time due to the close of escrow fast approaching.
We are exhausted from trying to clean and prepare for this sale but we must push forward. With so many changes and new guidelines set please understand that this sale is by APPOINTMENT ONLY with absolutely no walk up customers. Please no calls before 7am. We ask that you take the COVID-19 serious by understanding and respecting our policies and precautions listed below.
We will set a limit of 5 to 8 customers in the house at one time
Please maintain a distance of 6' from our staff and customers
Please limit touching sale items unless you are seriously interested in purchasing that item and please wear gloves.
Be sure to dress warmly as we will have doors and windows open for fresh air.
Due to the seriousness of the COVID-19 outbreak, under no circumstances will children be allowed at this sale.
We will have hand sanitizer and gloves available for your use.
Please!! If you have been exposed or are not feeling well, we ask you to stay home, take care of yourself and your family!
Enter at your own risk. The homeowner and Staff are not responsible or liable for accidents or injuries either on or around the property.
Cash only. All sales are final.
Please bring boxes, bags for your purchases.
BE PREPARED TO MOVE AND LOAD YOUR OWN ITEMS - Our staff is unable to assist with moving and loading
Purses and bags will not be allowed into this sale. We ask you to secure them in your car before entering the premises.

Tons of antique and vintage car parts and thousands of tools...plus 2 bedrooms, family room, den and bonus room full of treasures please see pictures. This sale will last all week starting tomorrow (TUESDAY 3/24) If you would like to attend please call Ron at (909) 273-5382 to set up a time starting each day at 9:00AM and ending by 4:00PM (Please respect my family and DO NOT CALL before 7am...thank you)...The cross streets for the sale are Chapman and Faye in Garden Grove We will only allow 5-8 peaple at a time per hour. No walk ups will be accepted unless you name has been scheduled, Sorry we are not allowing children to attend this event due the seriousness of the corona virus.
