LIST will be posted at 8:00am on first day only. No other list will be accepted. First come, first served. Cash or debit cards only. No checks or credit cards will be accepted. Sales tax is added unless a valid CA Resale Certificate is presented. No drinks, food, pets, backpacks, or purses allowed on the property. You enter at your own risk!! We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur on or near the sale premises. All sales are final with no returns or exchanges. All items sold in as-is condition without warranty. You must remove your own items without causing any damage to home and property. Driveway is for loading only, not parking.
