BRING YOUR OWN MANPOWER to remove all large items purchased. We do have manpower and delivery service for a fee. All items are sold "AS IS." Please be advised that you enter at your own risk. TLC or homeowner are not responsible for any injury or liability that may occur on or before or during the estate sale. No dogs allowed except Certified Service Dogs which must be wearing the Official Service Dog Vest. Please watch your step when entering the home and exiting. Come out to the "Staples Ranch" located in Garden Grove for 7 garages and office estate sale.  Lots of treasures:

Tools, vintage hardware, mid century furniture, vintage clothing, dishware, china, costume jewelry, hand tools, old toys.  A lot of treasure hunting!!!!!!!  PLEASE PARK ON STREET OUTSIDE OF ESTATE-NO PARKING ON RANCH GROUNDS. ENTRANCE TO RANCH IS OFF OF LAMPSON AVENUE

We will be conducting a live estate sale with Covid-19 rules/regulations.  All rules will be posted at estate sale.  Customers enter the premises by their own volition.  TLC Estate Transition Services and the homeowner are in no way liable or to be held liable.  EVERYONE MUST WEAR FACE COVERINGS-NO EXCEPTIONS
