January 23, 24, 25 from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Numbers will be handed out at 7am on Thursday. This sale will be Cash only. Everything will be sold ( AS-IS. ) All sales final. No refunds or returns. Bring cash we will not be able to hold any item while you go to the bank. Local sales tax will be charged on all items unless we are provided with a valid copy of your resale license. You MUST bring your valid California Resale Permit with you, or you WILL be charged tax. NO EXCEPTIONS! As per our clients request we do not offer pre sales.

Please do not call, email or text asking for prices or information prior to the sale. YOU MUST ATTEND THE SALE FOR PRICING AND INFORMATION.

You will be entering the property at your own risk. There is NO restroom available at this sale. NO EXCEPTIONS.

NOTE: If you purchase large items or furniture, you must move them. We do not provide movers or assistance moving your items out of the house. We do not lift, load or move heavy items.You must also bring your own tools, hand truck, etc. We do NOT provide tools. Large items may not be moveable until the end of each sale day. Check with us before you purchase. Local delivery may be available after the sale for a fee. We provide some bags and limited amounts of wrapping. Please bring your own boxes.

UPDATE: Well folks, we've spent the last 6 weeks digging, sorting, cleaning and pricing this massive estate sale and we're just about ready for you! We're expecting a large turnout. We want everyone to have a good shopping experience. With that said, there are a few points we'd like to cover. Virtually every inch of the property is covered with merchandise. Please be courteous to other shoppers. If you put something in your shopping basket and bring it to the cash register you must purchase it as we only have 3 days to liquidate the entire property...NEGOTIATING AT THE REGISTER WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. If you are a dealer please have a printed copy of your California resale card with you. We will have two cash registers at this sale, but please expect long checkout lines. We will do everything possible to move the checkout line as quickly as possible.

Please come prepared: Bring your own help, handtrucks/moving dollies for lifting and loading. You will be entering the property at your own risk. Neither Heritage Estate Services or our client will be held liable for accidents or injuries. We look forward to seeing you at the sale.

Hang on to your hats folks, this sale is Unbelievable !!!! This home has more than one of EVERYTHING ! This is a true hoarder's sale. Additional info and photos coming as we dig and sort. We look forward to seeing you in Garden Grove.

ALERT!!! Just uncovered a huge pile of petrified wood, rocks and fossils partially buried under a pile of leaves and debris. Sold by the pound, alert all of your rock hound friends.

Update- The house is staged for the most part. We will be starting on the attic, patio, outbuildings and garage in the coming weeks. Additional photos and info to follow.

Update- Today we uncovered vintage baby dolls and vintage Barbie clothes.
