Sale held by Caring Transitions of Del Sur. We offer a variety of merchandise made available from our clients requiring estate liquidation / estate sales / tag sales services. There will be one entrance in and out of the residence. No large bags will be allowed inside. No food or drinks are allowed inside.

Sale to be held on Saturday (9:00 am to 2:00 pm).
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS & TERMS OF SERVICE
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. Credit card chargebacks WILL NOT be accepted. All merchandise is sold "as is" and all sales are final. No refunds will be made.
All persons attending sales or removing merchandise assume all risks of damage to person or property and specifically release and indemnify Caring Transitions of Del Sur from any liability. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine condition, age, authenticity, value or any other determinative factor regarding specific item(s).
Caring Transitions of Del Sur may attempt to describe merchandise in advertising on the Internet and at the sale but makes no representations of authenticity. In no event shall Caring Transitions of Del Sur be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer shall be the sole judge of value. Buyers must remove merchandise prior to 3:00 pm of sale day. Alternative arrangements must be made in advance and approved by Caring Transitions of Del Sur. If pick-up is not made by 3:00 pm on sale day and buyer has not made alternative arrangements, buyer forfeits property and said property will be disposed of by Caring Transitions of Del Sur.
Buyers must arrange for packing, loading and transportation of purchases.
CALIFORNIA STATE SALES TAX: If you are tax exempt and you are purchasing items for resale, you must provide your valid California resale seller’s permit and fill out the appropriate resale certificate for our files. No exceptions.

In addition to a wide variety of antique and vintage furniture, the father has traveled all over the world and has collected many unique items. There are lots of pictures, needle point art and specialty items that you do not want to miss. There are tons of sterling silver and silver plated items.
