FURNITURE WILL BE THE ONLY ITEMS THAT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PRE-SELL. ALL OTHER ITEMS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ON THE DATE OF THE SALE.

Credit cards must be a minimum of $50 to use at our estate sales.

A Grasons Sign in sheet will go out one hour before the commencement of the sale. Any other sheet started will not be honored.
