COVID 19 GUIDELINES
G & G Estate Sales respects our clients’, buyers’, and shoppers’ health and well-being. While Covid transmission rates are greatly reduced compared to the last few years, we still encourage everyone to wear a face mask while indoors and practice social distancing when possible. If you have tested positive for Covid or are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms and insist on coming to the sale, wear a N-95 or KN-95 face mask. Or ask a friend to come in your place so you can stay home and rest. We are not responsible for any illnesses contracted during the sale.
1. We recommend shoppers and G & G associates wear a face mask during their stay in the home.
2. Physical distancing will be encouraged throughout the sale.
3. We do not create or keep any wait lists or sign-in sheets. Please practice patience and courteousness to your fellow shoppers.
4. No public restrooms will be available.
5. Hand sanitizer will be provided for everyone to use.
6. G & G associates will not carry or load any purchases.
7. By attending this sale, you, the customer or shopper, agree to hold harmless the property owner(s), G & G Estate Liquidations, and their associates for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or traffic tickets that occur in association with this sale.
We recognize some of these restrictions can be frustrating, but by implementing them we aim for the safest sale possible. Honestly, if you are not feeling well, please stay home, take care of yourself and avoid spreading any illness to others.

A few reminders about this sale.
1) All sales are FINAL. No returns, no exchanges.
2) All sales are CASH ONLY.
3) All sales are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.
4) No returns, no exchanges.
5) Please be careful in and around the property. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or traffic tickets.
6) Bring help for the larger items. This includes hand trucks, dollies, ropes, or straps, as well as additional people to lift the items.
7) Be considerate of the neighbors and other patrons when parking or loading your purchases.
8) Parking near the sale is your own responsibility and at your own risk. Parking in the driveway is generally not permitted.

Either way, you're set with these.There are a number of figurines in the sale. These are five of them. Notice also the clock.There are a number of framed artwork pieces, of which two of them are featured here.Here are a couple more of the framed artworks.This one is also available. What does it say to you?This painting features a bald eagle. Are you looking for a glass-top dining table? Well, here it is, just waiting for you.Here you can see a very nice table lamp that doubles as a flower vase. Of course, don't discount the side table underneath the lamp.There are a pair of these chairs; this is one of them.Here is the other chair.This dresser is going to go fast. It's perfect for someone, perhaps you? Notice there are a couple of holiday statuettes shown here. To go along with the tall dresser, there is a shorter, wider dresser with a mirror. Here is another one of the framed artworks. Another of the paintings in the sale is shown here. Pick up those items you left there before.Another piece of art for your living room.This kitchen baker's rack can help hold all those extra dry goods, or other things, like a radio, a landline phone, or that dictionary collection.This smaller round breakfast table is a fine addition to your dining room. There is some Waterford crystal in this sale as well. Come take a look at the dishware that goes along with it.In case you needed a bit of instruction on caring for your Waterford Crystal.This should inspire you to go traveling. Maybe even to Rio.Many of our sales include flat screen televisions, and this sale is no exception. You can also find a DVD & VCR player, so you can play the VHS tapes.Remember I said there were figurines in this sale? Here are some of the others.Clear plastic folding chairs? Now I've seen everything. There are four of them here.It seems to be a Musketeer supporting the lamp.
