A few reminders about this sale.
1) All sales are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. If you find a list somewhere on the property, WE DID NOT CREATE IT and WE WILL NOT HONOR IT! Even if the page has our business name or logo on it, it is NOT ours.
2) All sales are FINAL. No returns, no exchanges.

4) Please be careful in and around the property. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or traffic tickets.
5) Bring help for the larger items. This includes hand trucks, dollies, ropes, or straps, as well as additional people to lift the items.
6) Be considerate of the neighbors and other patrons when parking or loading your purchases.
7) Parking near the sale is your own responsibility and at your own risk. Parking in the driveway is generally not permitted.

1. We do not create or keep any wait lists or sign-in sheets, even if they have our business name or logo printed on them. Please practice patience and courteousness to your fellow shoppers.

3. G & G associates will not carry or load any purchases.

If you have tested positive for Covid or are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms and insist on coming to the sale, wear a N-95 or KN-95 face mask. Or ask a friend to come in your place so you can stay home and rest. We are not responsible for any illnesses contracted during the sale.

Hello! Thank you for taking a look at this One Day Estate Sale in Glendale. Take a look at the photos, but here is a sample of the contents:

  3. DVDs/Blu-Rays
  4. LP records
  5. Two Singer Featherweight sewing machines
  6. Dining tables and chairs

  8. Bedroom furniture: dressers, nightstands
  9. At least one armchair
  10. Framed artwork
  11. Holiday decorations
  12. A small roll-top desk
  13. Lots of books: James Patterson, David Baldacci, Dick Francis, Michael Connelly, Stuart Woods

There is also some clothing, framed artwork, garage-related tools and equipment, patio furniture and much, much more! Priced to sell!

This shows a nice dining table and four matching chairs in the foreground, plus the kitchen hutch in the background.Here is a better look at the kitchen hutch.  A little display cupboard area, some small drawers, and lower cabinets with larger drawers.This is the small roll-top desk, and a classic office chair.  This works nicely also as a laptop station, but still keeps pens, pencils, staplers, scissors close.One of a pair of end-tables, along with the lamp.This is the other, matching end-table, the matching lamp, and a tiny portion of other furniture.  There is a small shelf unit in the corner, under the art.This is the artwork from the previous picture, signed by "Rosahn".  This is an oil painting, with the signature: "Wilmer".These drawings are both signed by Jeanne Thompson.Here you can see two dressers separated by a nightstand.  The TV is resting on a wall-mounted shelf.This is one of a pair of nightstands in the room.And this is the other of the nightstand pair.This armchair looks comfortable and very usable.Here is the picture showing the book collection.  Come rescue the shelves by taking some (or all) of the books home with you.Instead of a garage, we have a tool shed, including an adult-sized tricycle with a basket, a three-step stepladder, a garden weeding seat, and gardening implements.Okay, sure, this iron patio set needs a little work, but it's in good shape otherwise.There is a second patio table and chair set in the sale, shown here.  Here is another look at the patio table and chairs, plus a couple of small outdoor tables.  The shed is in the background.Like many sales, we have clothing, and here is a picture of some of it on a rack.There is also this fur-lined leather jacket that deserves a good look.Holiday decorations seem to be common.  The framed paintings and drawings are shown here, plus the red barn art.A punchbowl, ladle, and glasses are in this picture.  In the bucket on the floor are a number of Hallmark Christmas ornaments in their boxes.This picture shows the DVD and Blu-Ray collection, or at least much of it.  There are quite a few titles to look through.This picture shows the extent of the VHS tape collection, and much of the LP record collection.  Don't knock the VHS tapes, or claim you don't have a player...we have a solution.These four boxes contain the LP collection.  The next picture shows one title, but you'll need to visit the sale to see what other treasures are here.This, of course, is Miles Davis' Seven Steps to Heaven LP.There are collections from Star Trek, Raiders of the Lost Ark / Indiana Jones, Roots, The March of Time, and more.This overview picture shows there are lots and lots of videos to see.  One last picture of the video collection, including the deep, plastic bins.  Remember I said we had a solution for watching the VHS tapes?  Here are two of them.  And here we have two more VHS player/recorders.  There is a wet/dry shop vacuum in the foreground, but this picture shows more miscellaneous household items you might like.This is an Everstar shredder.This is a second adult-sized tricycle (the handles are a different color).  This is one of the Singer Featherweight sewing machines.And this is the other Singer Featherweight sewing machine.
