Terms: All stock available on a “first come, first served” basis. We do not allow holds, exchanges, returns, or refunds. We do not give out numbers or post a sign-up sheet for our sales. All stock is priced as marked and offered as found. This event is open to the public. Please be prepared to remove your purchases before the close of the sale. We accept credit card and cash, but not checks. All sales are subject to 8.75% sales tax. Buyers submitting a legitimate Sales and Use Tax Permit (a.k.a. “Seller’s Permit”) or Tax Exempt Certificate are exempt from California sales tax. We ask that no large purses, totes or backpacks be brought to the sale site. Shopping bags are provided.

We are honored to have been entrusted with taking care of the onsite sale for Disney Imagineer Pat Burke. His gorgeous Spanish style home in Glendale will make your jaw drop when you see all of the amazing things he was able to fit inside this two-bedroom home. From antique grinders to stunning carved wood furniture to a large collection of ephemera, there is something special here for everyone.
