1. All Sales Are Final. NO Returns. All items sold as is and were found with no guarantees or warranties.
2. CASH - plus Pal Pay, Zelle, Credit and Debit Cards are accepted for purchases over $10.00. (Sales Tax Collected)
American Express and Checks are not accepted.
3. You enter at your own risk – The property owner and/or Estate Sale Angels and all team members, are not responsible for any injury or accident on or near this property. (you will be asked to sign a waver)
4. Please do not block neighbor’s driveways and pay careful attention to parking signs.
5. We offer pre-sales for items listed on our website under my SHOP tag.
