COVID 19 GUIDELINES
G & G Estate Sales respects our clients’, buyers’, and shoppers’ health and well-being and will observe several restrictions and modifications for our onsite sales during the current CoVD-19 virus pandemic. The procedures and modifications are as follows:
1. We recommend shoppers and G & G associates wear a face mask during their stay in the home.
2. A limited number of shoppers are permitted in the home to allow for distancing.
3. If a line of people is waiting to enter the sale, please limit each shopping visit to 20 minutes. You may re-enter the sale after waiting in line again.
4. Physical distancing will be encouraged in the waiting line.
5. We do not create or keep any wait lists or sign-in sheets. Please practice courteousness to your fellow shoppers.
5. No public restrooms will be available.
6. Hand sanitizer will be provided for everyone to use.
7. G & G associates will not carry or load any purchases.
8. By attending this sale, you, the customer or shopper, agree to hold harmless the property owner(s), G & G Estate Liquidations, and their associates for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur in association with this sale.
We recognize some of these restrictions can be frustrating, but by implementing them we aim for the safest sale possible. Honestly, if you are not feeling well, please stay home, take care of yourself and avoid spreading any illness to others.

1) All sales are FINAL. No returns, no exchanges.
2) All sales are CASH ONLY.
3) All sales are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.

5) Please be careful in and around the property. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for injuries or accidents.
6) Bring help for the larger items. This includes handtrucks or dollies and ropes or straps as well as additional people to lift the items.

Here is the sibling for the side table shown previously. The lamp matches the lamp on the sister table. There are lots of table-top or window-sill figurines, like these.This round side table provides a nice support for the decorative vase.Here is another look at the table and vase.Are you in need of a coffee table? Do you know someone who is? This is the coffee table you've been waiting for.The coffee table, green sofa, and rug are all for sale.Here you can see the sofa, coffee table, rug, the sibling tables, and off to the right another side table with drawers.This is one of the pair of captain's beds, twin size.The room with the captain's bed also has a simple desk, television, a couple of office chairs, and a storage system.This is the other captain's bed, also twin sized, along with a nightstand.This dresser is quite large; it is not common to include 10 drawers, but this one has them.In the same room as the dresser is a smaller cabinet.
