All sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. Please inspect photos carefully to determine the condition of the items. Nostalgia Estate Sales make no representation or warranty express or implied as to the provenance, merchantability, authenticity, description, age, antiquity, appraised value or condition of the property to be sold at auction. All measurements are approximate.

At the end of the auction, we automatically process all winning bids with the credit card on file. If credit card on file is declined, the Buyer will receive an automated text to complete direct payment. If payment is not made in 48 hours, the purchase will be cancelled.

If the Reserve Price is not met by the end of auction, the auction participant with the nearest reasonable high bid may be contacted and offered an opportunity to purchase the lot at the Reserve Price.

The Buyer will be charged shipping and handling fees separately, once the initial item purchased is successfully processed. The buyer will pay a minimum materials and handling fee of $7 per box (or mailer, etc.) in addition to the cost of shipping. Additional fees may apply depending on complexity, fragility, amount, size and weight of item(s), or the amount of packaging/handling required. Shipping may not be available for all items. When registering, please leave a note if you want your item shipped.

Purchased items slated for local pick up must be picked no later than seven business days after the last day of the Marketplace Sale. Unclaimed items not picked up after 10 business days will be forfeited and buyer will be banned from future sales and auctions.

No refunds, charge backs, credits or exchanges, no exceptions.

Once you've purchased your item, we will send you an email to schedule a time to pick up your item through our Calendly.com account. If for whatever reason you don't hear from us, call (747) 296-9496 between 10am - 6pm Mon-Fri to make an appointment directly.

If you plan on having someone else pick up your winning bids please contact us and we'll send you an Authorization for Property Pick-Up Form to fill out prior to pick up.
