All sales are final and sold as-is. We provide detailed descriptions and photographs for each item, and buyers are responsible for reviewing them carefully. Nostalgia Estate Sales makes no guarantees regarding the provenance, authenticity, merchantability, or condition of any item. All measurements are approximate.

INSPECTION AND BUYER RESPONSIBILITY

All items are available for online preview. Buyers are encouraged to request additional photos or information before bidding. It is the buyer?s responsibility to assess condition, value, and suitability of any item. Failure to inspect prior to bidding may be considered a waiver of any future claim regarding the item?s condition upon delivery.

RESERVES AND BIDDING

Some lots may carry a reserve, a confidential minimum price agreed upon by the consignor and Nostalgia Estate Sales. Reserves will not exceed the listed estimate. A Nostalgia representative may place bids on behalf of the consignor to meet the reserve.The auctioneer reserves the right to reject bids that are not commensurate with the lot's value. Lots without reserves typically open at 50% of the low estimate.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action involving Nostalgia Estate Sales shall be brought in California state or federal courts. By bidding, buyers consent to this jurisdiction and waive objections to venue.
