A few reminders about this sale.
1) All sales are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. If you find a list somewhere on the property, WE DID NOT CREATE IT and WE WILL NOT HONOR IT! Even if the page has our business name or logo on it, it is NOT ours.
2) No Trespassing. We reserve the right to refuse service to trespassers.
3) All sales are FINAL. No returns, no exchanges.
4) All sales are CASH ONLY.
5) No returns, no exchanges.
6) Please be careful in and around the property. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or traffic tickets.
7) Bring help for the larger items. This includes hand trucks, dollies, ropes, or straps, as well as additional people to lift the items.
8) Be considerate of the neighbors and other patrons when parking or loading your purchases.
9) Parking near the sale is your own responsibility and at your own risk. Parking in the driveway is generally not permitted.

1. We do not create or keep any wait lists or sign-in sheets, even if they have our business name or logo printed on them. Please practice patience and courteousness to your fellow shoppers.
2. No public restrooms will be available.
3. G & G associates will not carry or load any purchases.
4. By attending this sale, you, the customer or shopper, agree to hold harmless the property owner(s), G & G Estate Liquidations, and their associates for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or traffic tickets that occur in association with this sale.

G & G Estate Sales respects our clients’, buyers’, and shoppers’ health and well-being. While Covid transmission rates are greatly reduced, seasonal flu, colds, and other diseases are still out there. If you are experiencing any symptoms, feel free to wear a face mask and practice social distancing. If you have tested positive for Covid or are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms and insist on coming to the sale, wear a N-95 or KN-95 face mask. Or ask a friend to come in your place so you can stay home and rest. We are not responsible for any illnesses contracted during the sale.

For instance, we have several G-scale model railroad pieces from Lehmann-Gross Bahn "The Big Train". Natural time-keeping in the form of a pedestal sundial. If you're in the market for an elegant addition to your home, consider this clock. Stop by and tell us if this is a grandfather or grandmother clock.This spinet-style piano would fit in almost any space.This is one of two matching chairs with a nice balance between comfort and style.Here is the other matching blue chair, sitting in front of a small side table.Here we have one of two matching display cabinets with glass shelves.This is the other display cabinet seen in the other picture.This sale also features a lovely sofa and oval coffee table.In case the two matching display cabinets didn't quite work for you, consider this one.There are a few framed art pieces in the sale, including this one of a thatched-roof cottage.People do have to sleep somewhere, and this queen-sized bed is one of those places.Another couple of framed art can be seen resting on the top of the five-drawer dresser in this photo. Don't forget the lamps.This sale also has this light-up nativity scene for the holiday season (less than five months away!)In need of a larger sofa? Consider this sectional. I see a couple of cup holders and the possibility of a recliner on either end. Don't forget the rocking chair, tables, and area rug.Here we have a two-drawer filing cabinet, an entertainment center, and video monitor.The couple of gnomes here are helping to guard this table, sculpture, and lamp.Outside there are several pieces of patio furniture, including a sundial (which is not terribly common).This table and chair set is supporting decorative butterflies and a rather large...hawk? Quail? It is probably used to deter other birds.Still outside, a number of stackable chairs and small tables are available.Here we have another queen-sized bed with a beautiful headboard and footboard.Take a look at this mirrored dresser not just for the style but also the storage quantity.Or maybe you prefer armoire dressers. If that is the case, we have one of those, too.This mini-fridge could be a nice addition to your kitchen or small apartment.While the background makes seeing this black KitchenAid stand mixer trickier to see, it is worth the effort.Here we have a number of Lehmann-Gross Bahn model railroad components. The Big Train is marked on the boxes. G-scale. According to the internet, this is often used as a garden railroad set.This bookcase has a number of miscellaneous items on it. Come take a look at everything in person.You can use this cedar chest as a bench as well.Outside again, there is another table and chair set, an extendable straight ladder, a string of area lights, a stand umbrella, and lots more.This picture shows the modest dining table and matching chairs. Come check out the cups and saucers, too.There are books to look through on those shelves, plus the lion artwork, area rug, small round table and bowl, and the bed, of course.
