Glendora Condominium Estate Sale

Dear Friends, Family and our Valued Customers,

WE ARE BACK!!  I appreciate all the emails and notes concerned about our Little Miss Clutter Buster team. After taking the month of August and part of September off, we are rested and ready to rock and roll again!! Our sale this weekend is a condo with semi-limited parking so I am encouraging pre-sales or purchasing items on line with a credit card ($50 minimum). There are lots of great treasures and definitely worth coming to. We also have several confirmed estate sales coming up in October... so stay tuned. We have missed you all and can't wait to see you this weekend and other upcoming sales!!!

PLEASE NOTE: Once you pull into the Parkside Condominium complex THERE IS A GATE . If the gate is closed or unattended please call my cell phone at (626)733-3794 and  we will buzz you in. Make a left and follow the yellow signs to 912 S. Glendora Ave.

We will open promptly at 8:00 am on Friday and Saturday. All items are sold “as is” so check your items carefully and remember to plug electrical items in. There are no refunds and exceptions! We are not responsible for any incidents that may occur on the property. Please bring your own boxes and strong men to move large furniture. Some bags and wrapping material will be provided but not guaranteed. All items must be paid for at time of purchase and picked up no later than 1:00 pm Saturday. We do provide a holding area but we do not take responsibility for missing hold items. However, we always do our very best to keep an eye out for our valued customers that come from near and far away!!
