Estate Sale with Something for Everyone!

** We do not have a sign-up sheet; entry is first come, first served.
** No credit cards, no checks. We accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle; we recommend bringing cash to ensure quick and efficient check-out.
** For large items purchased, arrangements may be made for merchandise pick-up. Buyer will be assigned a specific pick-up time. Please bring your own help upon pick-up to move large and/or heavy items.
** Children must be with an adult at all times.
** You are entering the property at your own risk. Estate sale personnel and homeowners will not be held responsible for injury or accidents while at the sale. PLEASE WATCH YOUR STEP in and around the home.
** No large bags or purses are allowed on the property. Bring your own box if you have one; our supply is limited. We also have helpful personnel on site that can place your items on the “hold” tables near check-out while you continue to shop.
** We have plenty of bags and paper to wrap your purchases; we have a limited number of boxes.
** Everything is being sold “as is.” No refunds or exchanges.
** We are NOT a professional estate sale company, just a group of like-minded friends who love to put on great sales for others and help the environment by encouraging reuse, recycling, and repurposing of stuff rather than throwing it away. We anticipate a lot of shoppers, so the check-out process may take longer than you experience at other sales. We appreciate your patience!
