DUE TO COVID19 REQUIREMENTS THE FOLLOWING RULES WILL BE FOLLOWED
1: NO MASK, NO ENTRY
2: ONLY 10 PEOPLE ON THE PREMISES AT A TIME AND THAT INCLUDES THE GARAGE
3. HAND SANITIZER WILL BE USED AT DIFFERENT STATIONS THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE
4. SOCIAL DISTANCING MUST BE MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES
5. ONLY 2 PEOPLE WILL BE ALLOWED TO VIEW JEWELRY AT A TIME (ONE ON EACH SIDE OF CASE)
6. TO HANDLE JEWELRY GLOVES MUST BE WORN OR YOU CANNOT TOUCH IT!
7. YOU WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED A MINIMAL AMOUNT OF TIME AT THE JEWELRY CASE TO ALLOW FOR

Hi everyone, in conjunction with Rodeo Realty and our client, we are bringing you an onsite true estate sale.
This fine gentleman could no longer care for himself and moved in with other family members so we have been hired to empty the entire property from front to back.
Although this is a man's house, there is jewelry here that was left over from when his wife past away several years ago.
This is an interesting sale with one of the key items being an 87(approximate) piece set of International sterling silver in the Joan of Arc pattern. It has been cleaned and is great condition with serving instruments.
Jewelry: we have some gold, we have diamond jewelry along with costume and men's jewelry and some sterling
Men's clothing with new tags, shoes, tennis shoes (some new), leather jackets (again some new) and more.
Since this person had some issues, he purchased a lot of TV items like kitchenware, cleaning supplies, and more that were never opened so we have a ton of items advertised that are still in their original boxes.
Toothpaste, shaving supplies, deoderant, a ton of unused, unopened items that will be way below store prices!
The usual furniture, couch, sofa sleeper that looks to have never been used!
This man was into airplanes. We have unbuilt model kits, books on airplanes and more.
Some really nice books in the house in near mint condition. Lots of old travel slides. Some older Christmas items.
Now, for the garage! Someone in the family was a car freak. We have all types of cleaners, waxes, washes, vacuums, and more.
Also, someone was a painter. We have paint, paint brushes, painter's supplies, all for a professional painter.
Tools: we have tools, an old Montgomery ward rolling tool box, sanders, grinders, drills and more, lots of misc tools.
There is also a rototiller, some gardening items, metal shelving and more. Luggage in mint condition.
We have a ton of plastic containers along with Rubbermaid sheds high and low!
Lot's of nice kitchenware, pots and pans, and more.
Recent comic books within the last 25 years, lots of bedding, clean camping and new sleeping bags.
