Huge 80-year-old house on a hill, two story plus basement, garage, out buildings, six plus bedrooms, and two twenty-foot cargo containers. Proceeds from this estate sale benefit the relocation fund for Women of Worth, a non-profit organization serving and supporting victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking. This sale is great for individuals, families, school teachers, retailers, online sellers, preschool teachers or store owners. You will find collectibles, craft supplies, rubber stamps, scrapbooking materials, MCM, books, bikes, clothing, silver plate, quilts, appliances, furniture and cleaning supplies. The backyard has a large children's wood adventure play structure, preschool toys, strollers, lawn mower. Two storage containers, are filled with furniture, twin beds, accent chairs, tables, retail clothing displays, clothing racks, store fixtures, display cabinet and so much more. The Estate Sale includes hundreds of new cards posters, magnets donated by local artist. This is a huge sale with so much to see.

Some of these treasures, we will have listed in online auctions prior to the sale. If those items do not sell, they will be included in the sale.

This really is an estate sale for someone who is looking for collectibles, affordable home furnishings and retail fixtures. We do need to get this house completely emptied. We will be posting additional information, pictures and a video.

The door opens promptly on Friday at 8:00 am (NO EARLY BIRDS). Sign up on the paper posted. You will enter in the order you signed up. Come early on Friday for best selection, and ½ off most items on Saturday and fill a bag.

This is a two-story house with basement and has many steps. The ground is uneven. "PLEASE WATCH YOUR STEP - Any Injury on Or Damage to Premises is Your Liability".
