~MASSIVE~ 2 Phase Estate Sale!

This sale is first come first serve. No sign-up sheet & no place holders. The line will form by the front door which will open at 9am sharp. You are more than welcome to arrive early. Gate will open for parking at 7:30am. 

Bring umbrellas if raining as there is no shelter.

We will have hand sanitizer and wash stations set up and there is plenty of room to spread out. If you are feeling sick or at all nervous please do not attend. 

This is a massive sale with something for everyone! We have been working for weeks to get this ready for you. 4,000 sq ft plus huge work shop and barn.

Because of the size of property and how full the buildings are, we are doing the sale in two different weekends.

The first weekend the huge house and attached garage only will be open. 

The next weekend the workshop and barn will be open and we will reopen the house.

Picking up large furniture will have to take place at the end of our sale on Sunday or Monday both weekends.

The list below is for items in first phase only. We will run another listing for the following week with new items in workshop and garages and anything that did not sell the first week.
