- All sales are final and items sold AS IS so please check items carefully. Prices are not quoted before the sale.
- Parking is limited please do not block the neighbor’s driveways or the roadway. Please leave room for traffic.
- Our sales have security systems and CAMERAS are in use.
- Please bring your own muscle, help and truck to move any large items you purchase, we cannot load your items. Bring your own straps and dollies and tools for dismantling bed frames and other large items.
-Not Responsible for Accidents or falls. Neither ACME Estate Sales nor the Homeowner are responsible for any injury or liability that may occur during the estate sale.
-All items must be removed the day of purchase.
-We will not respond to price questions concerning pictured items. Please come to the estate sale.
-We reserve the right to refuse admittance into our sale. NO EARLY BIRDS.
-No Public Restroom
-The family does have the right to remove an item prior to the sale. We apologize if an item posted is not available.
-We will only hold items for up to an hour with a down payment if you need to go to an ATM.
-CA sales tax is included on all purchases.
-No large bags, back packs or strollers allowed in the home. Please monitor small children. No Pets, service animals only.
-Sales run from 9:00am-3:00pm sharp, doors closed at 3:15pm
