Hidden Spanish Villa Winery, Photography Studio, Event Center

Spanish Villa! Hidden gem! Old wedding venue and vintage photography studio.

5000 square ft. House, event center, photography studio and winery. Nobody has lived there for 10 years.

We have worked for 2 years to get this contract! Property will be going on the market!

There's plenty of parking in the lot next door. Go through the gate, park and walk through the arch and walk up the cobblestone drive.

There's only enough room for one or two small cars for handicapped individuals at the top. Not a very easy turnaround.

There is very little if any phone reception at the property.

Bring flashlights for closets and hidden rooms with little or no light.

Bring lifting straps for cement items. Anything large cannot be picked up until Monday Tuesday or Wednesday after the sale.

We will allow shopping bags. We will empty them at checkout.

No large coats with pockets. Bring wallet only no personal purses.

Be careful of narrow stone paths, low arch ways and spiral stair case. Please explore every path and every door so you don't miss anything. There are some places that are clearly blocked off.
