HACIENDA HEIGHTS ESTATE SALE

  This week's sale looks like an episode of "Mega Dens"- it's a true "man cave", full of framed movie posters (most notably, a giant French "Cool Hand Luke" marquise poster, tres cool!) and coin-operated machinery- many neon beer signs, too, all of which light up! We have more DVDs than we have seen in one place (over two thousand; books galore as well)- just in time for Memorial Day family viewing. Special featured machines: drug store weight scale in near-pristine condition, and a cool slot machine circa 1960 that lights up. And for the ultimate family get-together, we even have a pool table for you competitive types! Not to mention a large three-way traffic light, also very cool...

  Funrniture available: over-stuffed, very comfy neutral velour sofa, loveseat & leather chair; contemporary black leather chair; antique side chair; tall pair of three-way hardwood fretwork screens; assorted lamps; oval oak dining table & 6 chairs; very affordable computer desk; a few small antique tables (cute Swedish rounded-edge blonde ash table in garage among them); VERY nice queen size four poster cherry bed and matching dresser; full size sleigh bed in cherry finish; nice set of three lighted tall bookcases (seen in photos of movie inventory), as well as several other plain bookcases and a couple of clean-lined oak dressers.

  We also have several tall, heavy gauge metal storage shelves; chrome wire baker's rack; an assortment of older TVs (two wall-mounted); nice working washer & dryer; newer, quality double door stainless steel Maytag fridge (as well as a cute matching apartment or bar-sized fridge!); nice stainless gas range, approx. same vintage; ocean and fresh-water fishing gear, patio table, umbrella & pair of chairs; and assorted household goods.

  Sale is Saturday only, from 9:00 till 4:00 (as usual, we will remain open later if sales are brisk). All purchases must be taken on day of sale, and heavy items must be moved by buyers (pool table requires skilled movers). Half price on all items after 1:00, so join us this weekend!!!
