This is a beautiful estate of fine art, antiques, decor and Mid-Century furniture in Hacienda Heights. There are dozens of paintings including some from collectible artists, all are at least 40 years old making them quite unique. We will be setup much like an art gallery for display and you will be able to view all of the art at once. Additionally, the estate contains a number of Japanese block prints from listed artists such as Kawase Hasui and Ishiwata Koitsu. Many early Edo-period prints will be sold - we will be taking them to auction if they do not sell at this sale. Many Chinese and Japanese pieces, furniture and antiques. Edison Victrola with excellent condition trumpet and wax cylinder recordings. Also including an original RCA-Victor Plaster Advertising Dog, Spot. Fantastic 1950 Stereo Console by Grundig-Majestic with Shortwave radio and FM bands, this is a tube-type radio in an awesome black and gold lacquer console. Quite an extensive collection of "Castles by Lenox" and porcelain Owls, Hawks and Raptors by the Franklin Mint. A number of Western Americana cold-cast bronzes and a cast bronze of a Buck deer. Chinese dining table and chairs, side benches and screens will also be sold. The Mid-Century furniture includes a nice dresser, a Drexel cocktail bar, barrel chair in white vinyl, tiered side-table and lots of vintage lighting and table lamps. Several MCM stereo consoles including this fantastic Grundig-Majestic tube-type console in gold and birchwood.
