No returns or exchanges. All sales are final and all items are sold "AS IS." Cash and credit/debit cards accepted. Please DO NOT bring handbags or any type of bag in as they will not be allowed. Please bring boxes.

Buyers are responsible for dismantling, packing & removing purchased items.

SIGN UP: We use an online sign up instead of a sign up sheet at the door. Please sign up on our website at AnchorEstateSales.com/signup on Wednesday 1/12 @ 9am if you'd like to be one of the first customers through the door. If you plan on coming by later in the morning then there's no need to sign up. For couples signing up Friday morning, please sign up separately. If you're using a computer, the "Sign Up" link is in the upper right hand corner of our website at AnchorEstateSales.com. For mobile devices, please navigate through the menu tab on our website.

WHERE AM I IN LINE?: After you sign up please check back in on Thursday 1/13 after 9am to see your place in line. Go to AnchorEstateSales.com/signuplist​

FACE MASKS: Please note that face masks are REQUIRED to shop the sale. We are looking forward to getting back to normal and bringing these estate items to our customers!
