We are liquidating a 6 Acre Parcel and Home in Hemet. This is PHASE ONE and not all areas of the property will be accessible the first weekend. Areas that are not accessible will be blocked from the public and will be designated with signs marked DO NOT ENTER.
ANYONE CAUGHT TRYING TO ENTER AREAS DESIGNATED "DO NOT ENTER" WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE SALE.

ALL ITEMS IN THE SALE ARE LOCATED OUTSIDE. We require that children attending this sale be supervised by parents at ALL TIMES. Families with unsupervised children will be asked to leave the sale.

All Persons attending this Sale will be asked to verify that they have read the banner describing the symptoms related to COVID 19 and have stated that they are free of COVID 19 SYMPTOMS. We will provide MASKS and hand sanitation areas. We ask that you practice social distancing.

All Persons attending this Sale will be asked to verify that they have read the Release of Liability Waiver Signs and acknowledge that we are not responsible for accidents or injury including exposure to COVID 19.

THERE ARE MANY HEAVY ITEMS-Please provide Manpower and Vehicle to load and transport your purchases.
Please Provide BOXES and or BAGS for your purchases. We will provide you with wrapping paper for fragile items
