Please bring your own assistance and tools if you are going to purchase any large/heavy items. You must remove your own items without causing any damage to home or property.
Leave your purses/backpacks in the car just bring your wallet.
Sign up sheet is placed outside at 6am, first come, first serve. We limit amount of shoppers in at a time.
This is a private home and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime, please be respectful of both property, staff and/or other shoppers at all times. Please be mindful of the neighbors and not block their driveways. There is plenty of parking on the street and there will be no worries for street sweeping.

Parking situation absolutely sucks, it is what it is, but you can park a few streets over, just don't block neighbors driveways.
We had two very successful days on Monday and Tuesday but running it back for the Weekend Warriors.
We are bringing out more stuff!

Tons of women’s clothes. Knick-knacks everywhere. A FULL garage.

Sign-up sheet outside at 6am. First come, first serve.
This house is loaded. Not a thin little “few tables” sale. Rooms of smalls, furniture, linens, art, and a garage that actually looks full.
👗👚 Women’s clothes and shoes for days — baskets of flats, Skechers, slippers, everyday wear. Closets and racks. This is the clothes sale.
✨ Knick-knacks and chatchkis ALL OVER the shelves — birdhouses, patriotic pieces, mosaic crosses, ceramic elephants, swans sitting on a white wicker high-back chair, metal angels, copper cups, dried florals, little houses, the whole “I didn’t know I needed that” aisle.
🖼️ Framed art throughout — colorful prints, butterfly pieces, beach aerials, the kind of wall stuff that walks first hour.
🍵 Matching tea / serving set in that green-and-cream floral — teapot, gravy boat, bowls, tray. Pretty as hell.
🧵 Quilts stacked high. Crochet blankets. Ralph Lauren linens still in the package.
🪑 Furniture mixed through the house — wood bookcases, carved floral stool, console table with the lace runner, lamps, stained-glass style shades, branch candelabras.
🛠️ FULL GARAGE. Packed. The overflow, the boxes, the household, the “come look in here” energy.
Leave purses/backpacks in the car. Bring your wallet. Bring bags. Bring help for the heavy pieces. Everything AS IS, no refunds, no returns. Don’t block neighbor driveways — street parking is fine.
