No refunds. No returns. No exchanges. All items are sold as-is, where-is without warranty, expressed or implied, nor implied warranty of any kind. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless America’s Estate Sales, Inc. and its Client, for all damages, claims or liability for injuries to persons or property caused during or after the sale and removal of the sold items.

NO DOGS allowed except Certified Service Dogs. Please watch your step when entering the home and exiting. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
