LIST will be posted at 7am on first day only. If you arrive prior to 7am you must stay at location (in your car is ok) to keep your place. No dropping a bag or box and then leaving. No other list will be accepted. First come, first served. Cash or debit cards only. No checks or credit cards will be accepted. Sales tax is added unless a valid CA Resale Certificate is presented. No drinks, food, pets, backpacks, or large purses allowed on the property. You enter at your own risk!! We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur on or near the sale premises. All sales are final with no returns or exchanges. All items sold in as-is condition without warranty. You must remove your own items without causing any damage to home and property. Driveway is for loading only, not parking.
