• Doors open at 9:00 AM sharp.
• Sign-in list will be available at 8:00 AM. Entry will be honored in list order. No early entry under any circumstances.
• Payment accepted: Zelle, Venmo, Cash, or Credit Card.
Credit cards may require ID. All sales are subject to applicable processing fees.
• No bags allowed.
Small wallets only. Large purses, backpacks, tote bags, and reusable shopping bags must be left in your vehicle.
• All sales are FINAL.
No refunds, exchanges, or returns. Everything sold as-is, where-is.
• You break it, you buy it.
Handle all merchandise with care.
• No pre-sales and no holds.
Items cannot be reserved before doors open.
• First come, first served.
No pushing or cutting in line. The sign-in list determines order of entry.
• Entry may be limited.
We may limit the number of people allowed inside at one time for safety and flow.
• Theft will be prosecuted.
All bags/containers may be inspected at exit.
• Large item policy:
Buyers are responsible for moving and loading their own purchases. Please bring your own help—staff cannot assist with lifting.
