This estate sale will be a CASH Only Sale. (Cards may be accepted over $40) All items are sold "as is". We are not responsible for any incidents that may occur at the property. All visitors shop at their own risk. All purchased items must be picked up on or before 2pm on the last day of the sale. Please bring your own boxes and movers to pick up large items. Sorry, no prices will be given out by phone or by email. When parking, please respect neighbors and do not block driveways or mailboxes.
