Grasons Co of Coachella Valley and the homeowner are not responsible for accidents in or around the business. We charge sales tax. All items must be removed at the close of sale. The sign in sheet will be posted between 7:00 am-8:00 am on the first day of the sale only. Sign in sheet is on a first come first serve basis. If you somehow find/locate the home before we arrive, homeowner & neighbors prefer that you place a box or bag as a marker and wait in your vehicle for my arrival.
