Cash or credit, no checks . All Sales are Final and Items Sold As Is. You are responsible for taking your items with you.
Backpacks, large purses and bags are not allowed. Empty boxes and baskets are allowed.

Integrity Estate Sales and Liquidations and the seller are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home.
You will need to move and transport your own items. We cannot assist moving heavy items for you, please bring help. We do assist on small items.

There is no sign up list, form a line.

Please bring reusable bags, boxes, and paper, we are trying to lessen our environmental impact. I will have some recycled bags and paper.

Items are not considered SOLD until the cashier is paid.

A hold area is available, please be certain you want items before placing them on hold- this is a commitment. 1) It is the honor system. If you are 100% certain you want an item pay for it and get an Integrity Sold Sign. 2) At opening on the first day items will be held for 15 minutes, two hours after initial opening the hold time will be 30 minutes.

No valuable items are left on the property. They are transported to the property each morning.
