Rules, regulations, specials, etc. for buyers to know:
- Please be mindful of the neighbors and do not park in the driveway. A sign-up sheet for entry will be available at 7:45AM. Early birds, please form a line in front of the garage. Entry for the sale will start at the garage.
- We are required to collect sales tax unless you have a valid resale certificate to present at time of purchase.
- All Sales are Final, no returns. All items sold As Is.
- Caring Transitions of South OC and Homeowner are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons or properties in the home or outside of the home.
- Everything sold must be removed from the home by the end of the sale unless previously arranged. Please bring enough help to remove large furniture items. No one will be available to assist.
- Please leave your backpacks, large purses, closed containers and closed shopping bags in the car. We’re happy to see your open boxes and baskets.
- No public restrooms are available.
