You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.
No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.
All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-NO EXCEPTIONS
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We also accept Zelle from regular customers.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Ortega's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.
Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening.

We will not be posting pictures so please do not ask. The house is full of stuff but disorganized. If you like looking through things, opening cupboards and digging in general, this sale is for you.
We are looking to sell in bulk…a few items will have price considerations but most will just have to go, go, go…
We would like you to come and BUY BUY BUY and will do whatever it takes to facilitate your happy purchases!!!
We have a hot mess and a house and garage full of many useful everyday items…supplies, tools, glassware, dishes, furniture, rugs, art, tons of clothing, bedding and linens.
Items will be price very reasonably and we will most likely give you a price for a pile or large grouping of items…
There is a large amount of women’s clothing, mostly mid range, but will be priced very reasonably. Hundreds of books, loads of kitchen items, pots, pans, glassware, stemware, serving pieces, holiday. There is a full office, office supplies, paper, printers, and more. Cupboards and cabinets are full and are there for you to look into. Luggage too!!!
Furniture includes a beautiful Queen Anne style dining table and chairs, sofa tables, lamp tables, glass top coffee tables, upholstered chairs, upholstered sectional, lamps, lighting, mirrors, rugs and decorative accessories. Lots of basic decorative art, prints, some paintings too.
Pots, plants and garden items too.
As a final note…
Because of the nature of this sale being more bulk buy in nature, some people forget their manners when shopping. This refers to dealings with fellow customers as well as dealing with our staff.
We do not find humor in excessive haggling or rudeness toward our staff. Our staff will give you great prices and we expect you to respect them and not monopolize their time and then not purchase. We are here to sell, and expect to sell. And you will be asked to leave if you exhibit any rude or disrespectful behavior
In the past, some people have made huge piles, a huge mess, acted impolitely and then left purchasing nothing, These folks have been removed from the email list and no longer will be attending.
