FOLLOWING THE CDC GUIDELINES - GRASONS staff will all wear masks and have their temperatures taken for everyone’s safety. ALL SHOPPERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS AND HAVE THEIR TEMPERATURES TAKEN. If you feel ill please stay home. We will have hand sanitizer in multiple areas of the house and wipe down traffic areas repeatedly. WE WILL ALSO PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING SO PLEASE BE PATIENT AS WE WILL LIMIT THE NUMBER OF SHOPPERS IN THE HOME. DUE TO THE LIMITED NUMBER OF SHOPPERS ALLOWED, CHILDREN WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE HOME, SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE (when things return to normal they will be allowed again).The sign in sheet will be posted at 7:00 am. YOU CAN STILL SHOW UP WITHOUT ONE BUT WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THERE IS ROOM TO BE LET IN. PLEASE NO CHILDREN UNTIL WE NO LONGER HAVE TO SOCIAL DISTANCE.

NO PRICES CAN BE QUOTED BEFORE THE SALE. We work on multiple homes at the same time with 100s of items in them. It is impossible to remember prices correctly.

Please bring your own bags/boxes to pack your items. No large purses will be allowed in the home - we have shopping baskets for your convenience. Please bring help to load large items. Grasons Co Estate Specialists and the home owner are not responsible for accidents in or around the home. We charge sales tax. All items must be removed at the close of sale.
