Please park on the left side of the street Only! 
The street is very Narrow and can become congested quickly. 

Be aware of Rat droppings in Garage.






 We may limit the amount of shoppers in the home if it gets too crowded

There are a lot of uneven surfaces please be careful! Make sure to bring help to assist in loading of heavy items. All large items must be picked up no later than (10:00 am Saturday)
