COVID 19 GUIDELINES
G & G Estate Sales respects our clients’, buyers’, and shoppers’ health and well-being. While Covid transmission rates are greatly reduced compared to the last few years, we still encourage everyone to wear a face mask while indoors and practice social distancing when possible. If you have tested positive for Covid or are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms and insist on coming to the sale, wear a N-95 or KN-95 face mask. Or ask a friend to come in your place so you can stay home and rest. We are not responsible for any illnesses contracted during the sale.
1. We recommend shoppers and G & G associates wear a face mask during their stay in the home.
2. Physical distancing will be encouraged throughout the sale.
3. We do not create or keep any wait lists or sign-in sheets. Please practice patience and courteousness to your fellow shoppers.
4. No public restrooms will be available.
5. Hand sanitizer will be provided for everyone to use.
6. G & G associates will not carry or load any purchases.
7. By attending this sale, you, the customer or shopper, agree to hold harmless the property owner(s), G & G Estate Liquidations, and their associates for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or traffic tickets that occur in association with this sale.
We recognize some of these restrictions can be frustrating, but by implementing them we aim for the safest sale possible. Honestly, if you are not feeling well, please stay home, take care of yourself and avoid spreading any illness to others.

A few reminders about this sale.
1) All sales are FINAL. No returns, no exchanges.
2) All sales are CASH ONLY.
3) All sales are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.

5) Please be careful in and around the property. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or traffic tickets.
6) Bring help for the larger items. This includes hand trucks, dollies, ropes, or straps, as well as additional people to lift the items.
7) Be considerate of the neighbors and other patrons when parking or loading your purchases.
8) Parking near the sale is your own responsibility and at your own risk. Parking in the driveway is generally not permitted.

Hello, and thank you for taking a look at this sale.  We're back in La Canada Flintridge for this sale where there is a lot of interesting items for you to look through.  Some of the pieces in this sale include:

  • a vintage Singer sewing machine (electric)
  • a collection of model cars (some die-cast, others not)
  • a legal papers cabinet
  • lamps
  • dishware
  • kitchenware, including an Osterizer blender and "The Kitchen Wizard"
  • framed art

  • an upright piano and an atomic clock

Here is a nice picture of the front of the house, so you know where the sale will be.Some of the decorative dishes are shown in this photo.There are a lot of kitchen-, glass-, and dishware pieces in this sale. More of the kitchen pieces. I see a scale, a few pots and pans, a ceramic serving dish, lids, and so much more.Notice the plate and the other framed art on the wall in addition to the dishware on the table.More serving pieces and dishwares. Several baskets are hiding out below.While not terribly extensive, this photo shows the LPs and 45s. It also lets you peek outside for more items.These are the luggage pieces. Have you ever priced these in the stores? It is much better to buy them here.You can see the shoe rack here in front of the sofa full of clothes.This wire rolling serving cart can be useful in a lot of ways.And here is the Kitchen Wizard (As Seen on TV!) Doesn't everyone need one of these? Oh, and the Osterizer blender is here, too.This is the vintage Singer sewing machine. Yes, it is electric. Notice the footpedal switch.No doubt you've been looking for an atomic clock (I mean, who isn't?) Well, here it is, below the piano's keyboard.The green hamper is a nice addition to any room, as are the board games stacked on the bookcase.This is one look at the garage. The desk and dresser are here, as well as the shelves.Another look at the garage items. Look on the left for the small projector screen (long blue piece).Outside on the patio are more miscellaneous household objects. Surely something here will catch your attention.This is the legal organizer cabinet. It could use a bit of restoration, but seems in good shape.The collection of model and toy cars. The Batmobile (from the 1960's TV show) is off to the right. A classic Snoopy toy is more on the left. The far left has a couple of classic radios. Do they work? Come find out!There are cameras and binoculars in these cases. There is a typewriter on the table, and at least the box for the HP-12C financial calculator on the near end. Bins of pens, pencils, envelopes, and other office supplies are almost overflowing on this table.
