COVID 19 GUIDELINES
G & G Estate Sales respects our clients’, buyers’, and shoppers’ health and well-being. While Covid transmission rates are greatly reduced compared to the last few years, we still encourage everyone to wear a face mask while indoors and practice social distancing when possible. If you have tested positive for Covid or are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms and insist on coming to the sale, wear a N-95 or KN-95 face mask. Or ask a friend to come in your place so you can stay home and rest. We are not responsible for any illnesses contracted during the sale.
1. We recommend shoppers and G & G associates wear a face mask during their stay in the home.
2. Physical distancing will be encouraged throughout the sale.
3. We do not create or keep any wait lists or sign-in sheets. Please practice patience and courteousness to your fellow shoppers.
4. No public restrooms will be available.
5. Hand sanitizer will be provided for everyone to use.
6. G & G associates will not carry or load any purchases.
7. By attending this sale, you, the customer or shopper, agree to hold harmless the property owner(s), G & G Estate Liquidations, and their associates for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or traffic tickets that occur in association with this sale.
We recognize some of these restrictions can be frustrating, but by implementing them we aim for the safest sale possible. Honestly, if you are not feeling well, please stay home, take care of yourself and avoid spreading any illness to others.

1) All sales are FINAL. No returns, no exchanges.
2) All sales are CASH ONLY.
3) All sales are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.

5) Please be careful in and around the property. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or traffic tickets.
6) Bring help for the larger items. This includes hand trucks, dollies, ropes, or straps, as well as additional people to lift the items.
7) Be considerate of the neighbors and other patrons when parking or loading your purchases.
8) Parking near the sale is your own responsibility and at your own risk. Parking in the driveway is generally not permitted.

Hello, and thank you for taking a look at this sale.  Thank you also for your patience while we gathered the photos.  You can see there are quite the number of good-quality items.  Listed below are just some of what can be found at this sale:

And here is a second set of dishes, this time it is the Mandarin pattern by Lennox. Come on by to buy both sets!It is not terribly often you come across a silver plated serving set.There is also this glassware set. There are several tables of Depression-era glassware in the sale. This is a miscellaneous collection of bowls, plates, cups, saucers, and more. Come see what is available!There is a healthy number of books in this sale. Notice also the torchiere lamp, the LPs, and the lamp on the table.This set of round, Asian-style, marble side tables provides a touch of class to your room.This octagonal display case with glass shelves contains several decorative items, including the two figurines.There are several items here: the glass coffee table, the framed artwork pieces, decorative bowls, and a glass lamp. In this photo are more and different items on the table.Here you see a four-paneled Chinoiserie room-divider screen. This is king-sized Henredon bed frame. Get there early before someone else snags this piece!In the same room is this five-drawer dresser.This living room scene includes the vintage sectional sofa, two rectangular tables, the round side table, a pair of lamps, an Erte print (one of two in the sale), and a wall mirror (look for its match in the other pictures).Several decorative vases and figures are on this etagere display cabinet.There are several serving dishes on this table. This vintage ice box is in great condition.Another great piece is this antique serving cabinet. This long dresser is by Heritage furniture. See the maker's mark in the next photo.This mark belongs to the long dresser in the previous photo.As I said, there are a good number of books in this sale.More books, although missing a bookcase this time.There is a good bit of stuff here in this photo, too much to describe quickly.This is a close up of some of one of the tables just shown.This chair could be yours.You found it! One of two identical wall mirrors. The other is seen in the living room picture.Another table of decorative serving pieces. Are there any Depression glass pieces here?
