COVID 19 GUIDELINES
G & G Estate Sales respects our clients’, buyers’, and shoppers’ health and well-being. While Covid transmission rates are greatly reduced compared to the last few years, we still encourage everyone to wear a face mask while indoors and practice social distancing when possible. If you have tested positive for Covid or are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms and insist on coming to the sale, wear a N-95 or KN-95 face mask. Or ask a friend to come in your place so you can stay home and rest. We are not responsible for any illnesses contracted during the sale.
1. We recommend shoppers and G & G associates wear a face mask during their stay in the home.
2. Physical distancing will be encouraged throughout the sale.
3. We do not create or keep any wait lists or sign-in sheets. Please practice patience and courteousness to your fellow shoppers.
4. No public restrooms will be available.
5. Hand sanitizer will be provided for everyone to use.
6. G & G associates will not carry or load any purchases.
7. By attending this sale, you, the customer or shopper, agree to hold harmless the property owner(s), G & G Estate Liquidations, and their associates for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or traffic tickets that occur in association with this sale.

A picture of the front of the house and sale location, so you know what to look for.This king-sized bedframe is available, along with the mattress and box springs.These are Posturepedic mattresses.More specifically, Ashton, by Sealy Posturepedic.This side table has a lot of life left in it. This low profile mirror and cabinet of drawers is perfect for one of you out there.This overstuffed chair looks really, really comfortable for a nice long reading session. The chair is made by Hickory Chair, from Hickory, NC.While there are 5.1 surround/stereo components sitting on top of the cabinet, don't forget to look at the cabinet itself.This vintage typewriter would look great in your house! Oh, and the desk would look good, too!One of several dressers in this sale, this one has some darker wood pieces.How very elegant! This ornate desk screams for a prominent place in your house.This is one of two pictures of this stereo, specifically the turntable and tuning circuit colThis is another, wider picture of the console stereo system. No doubt you could a better way to display this US Navy coat of arms.There are several items to point out in this photo. The stereo components inside the media cabinet, the bookcase stereo & CD player, the lamp sitting on top of the cabinet, and hints of other items to the left and right.Here we have an ornate lamp and the side table on which it sits.That side table was made by Hickory White.In this photo, a simple desk is seen, as well as a few decorative items, including a crystal ball.This side table has a similar style to other pieces in the dining room.This is one of three examples of Chazan's Custom Interior Furniture in this sale.The proof of this being a Chazan's chair.This sofa is also a Chazan's.And here is the Chazan's tag.This chair is also a Chazan's item.Here's a mystery for you: is this the same chair as the other picture, or are there two different matching chairs? Come by the sale to find out.With this tag to prove Chazan's made the chair.This chair and footrest is from Ethan Allen, not Chazan's.Genuine Top Grain Leather upholstered the chair.Century Chair Company made this lovely chair.See? Century Chair Company, of Hickory, NC.This is a beautiful dining table and chair set, with an elegance all its own.Here is another look at the dining table and chairs.These are a pair of the matching dining chairs. Well, one of them has arms, the other doesn't, but that is normal in dining chairs.This is a detail of the dining table leg, and a bit of a look at the dining chairs, too.This is a rather large framed mirror. The person holding the mirror is of average height, about 5 ft 9 in tall.This credenza shares a similar look with that of the dining table. There is a nice white dresser prominently displayed here, and a bit of a framed mirror behind it.These two nightstands share a style with the dresser.This set of six cabinets is quite unusual. You know you want it, don't you? Here is another look at the six side-by-side cabinet, all in white.This stuffed wooden chair has a lot of character and style. You're looking at a very nice wooden bench you know you want to take home with you. These are a pair of dolls that are obviously something rather special and different.Here we have a pair of white couches that add a touch of class to nearly every room.A lot of our sales also include framed artworks, and this sale is no exception.This living room has a lot going for it. The upright piano is one of the items. A pair of display cabinets grace both sides of a doorway. A glass-topped table sits foreground.Here is a second view of the living room items, including a round side table with a pair of matching lamps.This picture offers a closer view of the living room contents.This is the left-hand curio cabinet when the doors are closed.This shows the contents of one of the matching display or curio cabinets. I see candlestick holders, decorative plates, and figurines.This is another view of the same cabinet of curiousities.This picture shows the display cabinet with the doors closed.And here is the other cabinet's contents.There is a smaller corner display cabinet in another corner of the living room.There is a third display or curio cabinet, as can be seen in this image of another corner in the living room.This is another look at the gold and glass display cabinet. There are glass walls and shelves. This image shows a closer view of the gold and glass display cabinet.At long last, here is the upright piano you've been looking for.This table certainly looks as if it matches the dining table. Who knows? Maybe it matches the dining table perfectly.The table was made by Baker Furniture, so take that into consideration.In the living room, above the mantelpiece there is a framed art, a small statue of David, a doll, a small clock, and another framed art piece on the wall.Don't miss this standing lamp & table combination.In this photo, see the smaller cabinet, good for a number of purposes.The entertainment cabinet is from Ethan Allen.These are two etagere pieces that don't come around terribly often. You'll want to get these before someone else snaps them up.In this photo, you can see there is quite the collection of servingware items, some in silver.Here is a close-up view of some of the dishware available in the sale.This hanging mirror looks lovely.There are a good selection of clothing on a couple of racks.There is also a free-standing floor mirror near the clothing racks.This is the other rack of clothing.There are a select few dresses that are worth highlighting.There are three jackets from David Hayes. Well, let me say it now: there are shoes in the sale.There are a lot of framed artwork pieces here, tucked in among the clothes.And...more racks of clothes, all in decent condition.This is a close-up of the patio furniture with the cushions. It looks very relaxing to me.And this photo shows the framework of the patio furniture.In addition to the desk with a hutch on the left , there are a lot of stuffed animals and dolls.This sale has A LOT of books in a variety of locations and on several bookcases. These are just a few.These are some of the other books in the sale.And here is another view of the book collection. Yes, there is an exercise bike wrapped in cellophane.And one more area with lots of books.This is an overview picture of one of the rooms.There are holiday decorations available in the sale, too. Remember the 2023 holiday season is quickly approaching.There is a grandfather clock with classic style in the sale. Also, on the wall is a copy of a fairly famous painting.This is a different view of the grandfather clock.The clock is Linear, but if you can make out the manufacturer....There are a myriad collection of furnishings and furniture here, too.A compact stereo, a clock radio, and other electronic pieces here.Outside, there is a stepladder, a set of wire shelves, a closed-door cabinet, and a few planter boxes.Yes, that is a model sailboat (probably a prop) in the background. There is also a card table, and a leather toolbag.Several kitchen appliances and tools can be found in the sale.Yes! There are items in the garage, too. A small bar and bar stools is here. You don't see these terribly often.The older hard-sided luggage items are still very useful in travelling.Come by and find out what is inside this smaller trunk. Also, the table it sits on could use some restoration, but is otherwise quite sturdy.Who says grilling season is coming to an end? This is southern California, after all. It won't truly get cold for a few months yet.A triplet of these inexpensive office chairs is worth a look. Now this is a classic record player. Lift the lid, place the record on the spindle, open the speaker box, and drop the needle (gently) on the record. There are a host of bags and purses that is not to be missed.
