1) All sales are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. If you find a list somewhere on the property, WE DID NOT CREATE IT and WE WILL NOT HONOR IT! Even if the page has our business name or logo on it, it is NOT ours.
2) No Trespassing. We reserve the right to refuse service to trespassers.
3) All sales are FINAL. No returns, no exchanges.
4) All sales are CASH ONLY.

6) Please be careful in and around the property. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or traffic tickets.
7) Bring help for the larger items. This includes hand trucks, dollies, ropes, or straps, as well as additional people to lift the items.
8) Be considerate of the neighbors and other patrons when parking or loading your purchases.
9) Parking near the sale is your own responsibility and at your own risk. Parking in the driveway is generally not permitted.

Hello, and thank you for taking a look at this second of two parts for this sale. This is a four-day sale simply because of the volume of items available. If you like woodworking, fine woodworking, or other maker-type tools, do not miss this sale! Two of the days are devoted primarily to the tools, workshop, and garage items, and the other two days are devoted mostly to the framed artwork, kitchen appliances, and household items. We're working on picture descriptions, but in the meantime, here's a partial list:

Let's start with the patio furniture, or some of it at least.Here is another set of patio furniture, including more chairs and a couple of glass-topped tables.This photo shows the Frigidaire and the vintage stove/oven with a CP label on the front. This is possibly a Wedgewood.On the top of this dresser are a few hand planes, just a small sample of the complete collection. This cabinet is supporting a lot more of the hand and bench planes. I also see a fillister plane, along with other specialty planesThis piece of furniture is in fine condition, and would look outstanding in your home.There are several shelves of books to explore, then buy and take home.This is, of course, the loveseat sofa that is available in the sale.If you sew your own clothes, this mannequin could be the perfect way to display your creations, or let you set your hem lengths. Or if you're like me, it reminds me of a Twilight Zone episode: "The After Hours". Now we get to some of the items in the garage. These cabinets can hold a lot of equipment or supplies.I really like the grain on the front drawer faces on this set of drawers. This is a fantastic piece.This piece has a lot of Asian flair.These are the four Lladro figurines available in the sale. You will need to ask to see these.Here is a bit of proof regarding the Lladros.These vintage personal care items are also available.Here is a good look at a glass-top dining table and chairs (as far as I can tell, the chairs are not "glass-topped". They have cushions).A few of the other furniture items available (again, on the third and fourth day of the sale), plus on the tables are some of the kitchen dishes and related items.Here you can see an arm chair, ottoman, dresser, and long length mirror. Or if you wanted a pair of gumball machines...This is a nice small sculpture you could have in your collection.The pair of antlers is shown here, along with the horse and Indian rider statuette. There are several framed artwork pieces in the sale. This is one of them.I'm not sure if this is a duplicate of the previous image, or if there's only one hung in different spots.This is another framed art piece of a flower.Maybe you're like me, I see a landscape and imagine myself in the space depicted.Here is an interesting drawing/painting.This wonderful painting does make me want watermelon, even the type with the seeds. It's a tasty summer treat.But maybe you like palm trees instead.Perhaps a floral scene is more to your liking?What can I say about this piece? If you like it, it could be yours.To me I see a wintertime stand of trees after their leaves have fallen.These six pieces depict different cultures (Asian, Egyptian, still life, etc) but are still worth a look.This is a very colorful scene that could brighten your day.The side wire basket is an unusual piece here. But then how often do you see kachina statuettes?Here is an overview picture of various items on tables. This is worth looking at, you don't know exactly what you'll find.So, for the Star Wars fans out there, this is an unforgettable freighter that managed the Kessel Run in record time.Or perhaps you're more a fan of Death Star and Darth Maul?This photo shows more of the kitchen tools and appliances.You can see more of the household furniture and furnishings in this photo.There are a few clothing items, as you can see in this photo. Don't forget the chairs. Barely visible in the foreground is a towel rack.Another dresser or cabinet supports this television. Come take a look inside the smaller drawers in front.And now we revisit the woodworking tools. Here you have three sets of storage drawers. Don't forget to check the drawers for additional items. The far left shows a Gerstner tool chest.There are A LOT of tools, many of which are used in human-powered woodworking. Many of the tools are still in their original boxes.This picture shows a vintage workbench with a front vice and tail vice, along with some very large parallel jaw clamps.This is another classic workbench, with at least a front vice, and possibly a tail vice. Drawers, of course, and a few of the bench-mounted power tools.A number of the tools are stored in their boxes.This is a Campbell Hausfeld air compressor. Very useful for blowing dust off of workpieces, or inflating soccer balls, or...It's said "you can never have enough clamps". I think this sale might try to prove that idea wrong. Also seen here are a box of chisels, long jaw clamps, metal C clamps, and more.This shelf unit has a few more woodworking and crafting tools. The bin on the floor has more wooden parallel jaw clamps.This photo shows a very large grinding wheel (I think, there's so much in the vintage tool arena I don't know), along with a couple of toolboxes.This is the Gerstner Tool Chest mentioned elsewhere. Pull up to your work with one of these and the wood respects you.Seriously, do not forget to look inside the drawers of the cabinets. In case you needed another tool storage cabinet. If only I had the space myself for this.There are mallets and hammers, as well as squares and rulers here.More tool storage cabinets (look in the drawers) and a few mystery canvas-wrapped tool sets below.Did you think we were done with the tools? No, not yet.There are calipers here that are useful for transferring a measurement from one place to another, plus a power strip, and more levels, measurement, and related.Back to the household goods for a bit. See the desk? What about the floor lamp?This photo has a variety of decorative dishes, and serving dishes.This slab of wood became a short table.If I'm not mistaken, there's a chaffing dish in the back right, behind the vintage Breakfaster. Or maybe you like the coffee and tea set?It's a bit challenging to see but there is a Grizzly G0513X 17" Extreme Series Bandsaw behind the other items.There are a couple of large bandsaws, a disc sander, and a thin belt sander in this photo.I see a tabletop bench grinder hidden in there, a series of pipe clamps on the back wall, and an articulating lamp. What else? Come by to see.A cylinder sander is here, a couple of benchtop vices, and all kinds of things are here.There are a number of logs that would have been carved into various artistic pursuits. We'd hate for them to go to waste. If you're here for the woodworking tools, take a look at the logs, too.
