A few reminders about this sale.
1) All sales are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. If you find a list somewhere on the property, WE DID NOT CREATE IT and WE WILL NOT HONOR IT! Even if the page has our business name or logo on it, it is NOT ours.
2) No Trespassing. We reserve the right to refuse service to trespassers.
3) All sales are FINAL. No returns, no exchanges.
4) All sales are CASH ONLY.
5) No returns, no exchanges.
6) Please be careful in and around the property. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or traffic tickets.
7) Bring help for the larger items. This includes hand trucks, dollies, ropes, or straps, as well as additional people to lift the items.
8) Be considerate of the neighbors and other patrons when parking or loading your purchases.
9) Parking near the sale is your own responsibility and at your own risk. Parking in the driveway is generally not permitted.

1. We do not create or keep any wait lists or sign-in sheets, even if they have our business name or logo printed on them. Please practice patience and courteousness to your fellow shoppers.
2. No public restrooms will be available.
3. G & G associates will not carry or load any purchases.
4. By attending this sale, you, the customer or shopper, agree to hold harmless the property owner(s), G & G Estate Liquidations, and their associates for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or traffic tickets that occur in association with this sale.
We recognize some of these restrictions can be frustrating, but by implementing them we aim for the safest sale possible. Honestly, if you are not feeling well, please stay home, take care of yourself and avoid spreading any illness to others.

G & G Estate Sales respects our clients’, buyers’, and shoppers’ health and well-being. While Covid transmission rates are greatly reduced, seasonal flu, colds, and other diseases are still out there. If you are experiencing any symptoms, feel free to wear a face mask and practice social distancing. If you have tested positive for Covid or are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms and insist on coming to the sale, wear a N-95 or KN-95 face mask. Or ask a friend to come in your place so you can stay home and rest. We are not responsible for any illnesses contracted during the sale.

Hello, and thank you for taking a look at this sale. We've uploaded the photos for this sale, so check them out. In the photos, you can see a number of bedroom and dining furniture, kitchen dishes, cookware, utensils, and more. There are usually more items than we show in the photos.

Here is a list of common items:

  1. Sofas and loveseats
  2. Chairs of various types
  3. Coffee, side, console, and end tables
  4. Dining room furniture
  5. Kitchen appliances and cookware
  6. Dressers (with and without mirrors) and nightstands
  7. Beds and bedding
  8. Display cabinets and shelving (well, at least one)
  9. Books

You may also find clothing, footwear, additional household goods throughout the estate, and much, much more! Priced to sell!

Here we have a classic looking display cabinet, as well as a pair of globe bookends.There are a few pieces of framed art in the sale, along with a hat & coat rack. And let's not forget the cushioned bench.More framed art above the fireplace is near the elephant candle holders, the small table and other decorative items.In this sale we have a queen-sized bedframe, and clothes in the closet. Don't forget the small desk in the corner.In the same room is this mirrored dresser. There is also the camera bag (does it contain a camera?) and other smaller items.Sometimes it is good to change out your bedding. This could be the day you find the perfect quilt or bedspread.Here we have a television monitor, a six-drawer dresser, and a short armoire.This room also has what seems to be a full-sized bed frame, a pair of nightstands, and at least one table lamp.If we look from outside in, you'll see the two matching end tables, the matching table lamps, and the really comfortable deep blue sofa.Most of our sales include some sort of dining table and matching chairs. This sale is no exception. But look at the other details in the background, too.This overview look at the living room shows not only the deep blue sofa, but two armchairs, a coffee table, an entertainment table with television, and the area rug.Looking a bit more closely at the dining area, we have these three sets of matching glassware.In a third bedroom there is a third bed frame, a single it seems, at least one more side table, and more.The kitchen reveals more dishes, cookware, and utensils.This close-up photo shows a 3 quart stainless steel chef's pan from Calphalon, and a stand mixer from Kenmore.In yet another room, we have a second sofa, set of matching chairs, coffee table and framed art. A couple of side tables and a torchiere lamp completes the picture. Almost forgot the area rug!This walk-in closet holds more clothing and a runner rug.
