The back story on this one is that people who work in the film industry no longer need to live in Hollywood! So California is losing a  really nice, successful couple. (He is a writer and she is a voiceover artist) to the Lone Star State! With one daughter in college and the other soon to follow, they no longer need the adorable “real” playhouse (constructed with hammer and nails, not molded plastic). They moved it themselves once and it can be disassembled into three parts quite nicely.

Also no longer needed are toys galore, children’s furniture and doll furniture including a cradle, chairs, a tiny tea set,  a castle, board games, a world globe, 3 horses, (one magnificent), track (the train is hiding) ,  Barbie & Ken collection, adorable Bunny Lamp, basketball, baseball, softball, a slightly warped ping pong table,  a tricycle, three bicycles, a large Happy Easter sign with a baby Chick.  

If you don’t have teenage daughters, you may have forgotten how frequently they buy clothes, shoes, hats and accessories! We even have furniture designed for teenagers! Outside we have terracotta pots and natural wicker patio table & four chairs..

·         Art – Nice, decorative art.

·         Bar – Stemware, shakers, decanters

·         Books - yes

·         Clothes really nice women’s:  Dresses, blouses, sweaters, casual tops, suits,  evening wear, slacks, shoes,                                                   sun hats & western hats, handbags, scarves, and outerwear. 8 - 10 and 10-12. Teen dress form, camping boots.

·         Electronics – 5 or 6 Macbooks (Apple laptops), electronic games and gizmos, a projector in case, cameras, stereo                                   components (turn table,  receiver,  tape deck, DVD), a hand vac, 

·         Entertaining –sets of dinnerware, lots of fun serving pieces

·         Furniture – A white bedroom set designed for teens,  a large secretary/bookcase, an antique white wicker armchair,                                nightstands, a black two-door cupboard, numerous small tables, a white country kitchen cupboard, a 3-tier serving cart,                    2-drawer lateral file cabinet,  woven loveseat and chair, a 3-panel wrought iron screen,  easy chairs that need a do-over.

·         Furnishings – Lamps, a room size rug, mirrors, clocks, decorative art, a stuffed pheasant, wicker hampers, 2 model sail                          boats.

·         Kitchen –Small appliances, coffeemaker, dishes, ironing board, cute dog food container, picnic basket, K. clock.  

·         Music –  a guitar, 45 & 78 RPM records, bongo drums,  student flutes.

·         Yard - Numerous potted plants including succulents, terracotta pots, an enchanting playhouse.
